A little tip David, don’t rewind your film all the way into the canister when you’ve finished shooting, that way you can cut the leader off and start off the spool in daylight before you put it in the bag (there is enough film to do this before the first frame)… I do all my films like this and never had an issues… After you agitate your tank give it a couple of taps on the work surface to dislodge any micro air bubbles from the film surface.. Great to see this content from your channel. 👍🇬🇧

Instructions unclear. Water boiled at 100deg and wouldn't increase temp.

When I was in high school many years ago, we would process slide film during lunch time. We would process at an elevated temperature. The faster you got started the better, as the toilets flushing before the next class would cause the hot water used to keep the bath temperature would start to fluctuate

Is your immersion circulator just sitting on the bottom of the tub, or do you have it attached somehow? I have the same model and always use the brace, but if I can just put it on the bottom of a pot that'd be a game changer.

A couple of years ago I developed black and white negatives by scanning them and inverting in photoshop. I tried to scan color negatives and used different gradient maps to make the image correct. I came close but I couldn’t find a gradient map that was perfect. I would like to know what you would recommend.

I'm not belittling the video or the work or the modification but I was doing this before most people on this forum were born I started around 1968 but I started modifying in 1970 but I didn't have any tools didn't have a shop didn't have any money now everybody's doing the same thing that was in my brain back then so this modification stuff isn't new as far as valve ceiling I did head work for 20 years from 80 to the turn of the century and I used gasoline solvent Windex air pressure from behind and overnight liquid test so nothing is new the only difference nowadays is people are using CNC machines which did not exist I had to do everything by hand also people are making speed Parts which did not exist when I was doing this my first engine was a Wisconsin ACN which is a 6 horsepower sump pump motor I threw away the governor it has a 10 lb cast iron flywheel the motor itself weighs about 65 or so pounds when built I had it going over 60 miles an hour in a go-kart without a clutch I was very poor then I rebuilt the whole motor myself when I was 14 it took me a solid year

That’s a lot of work. I received a ton of screen printing ink and was checking out how to use it but I don’t think it’s for me lol I have 2 cricut machines, so much easier. Tell me please, what do you find about this screen printing process that makes it stand out from using vinyl from a machine. Maybe I’m missing something.

Add to make that 5-speed transmission work all you have to do is make the chain just a little bit tighter I would say an 1 inch I should run a lot better if not try 1/2 inch tighter on the chain
